Sample Session Structure
- 1-1.5 hrs Sessions (depending on age & location)
- Typical Session Structure:
- Warm up (Ball Mastery, Activation Games, etc.)
- Guided Game-Play (Futsal-based Exercises structured with coaching support)
- Game play: Round Robins, Game Formats, etc.
- 15 Players max per court (3 teams of 5) to facilitate round robin format.
