Description of Potential Risks
I understand that participation in Warriors Academy activities involves physical activity and that there is a risk of injury. I acknowledge that Warriors Academy shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained during training sessions or any related activities.
I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur during training sessions or any related activities.
I hereby fully and forever release and discharge Warriors Academy from all claims, demands, damages, rights of action present and future therein.
I understand and warrant, release, and agree that I am in good physical condition and that I have no disability, impairment, or ailment preventing me from engaging in physical activity.
Health and Safety
I agree to adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by Warriors Academy, including any measures taken for communicable diseases (e.g., COVID-19).
Parental/Guardian Consent
As the parent or guardian of a participant under the age of 18, I give my consent for my child to participate in Warriors Academy activities. I have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to them on behalf of my child.
Updates to Terms
Warriors Academy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions periodically. Participants and their guardians will be informed of any changes via the contact information provided.
